Baby Shower #2!

A few weeks ago my friend Lindy threw Chez and I a baby shower here in Washington.  It was a great time with all my co-workers, some of their families, and of course, baby gifts, and cake!
Lindy has recently proven herself an amazing cake and cupcake maker/decorator.  Just look at the cake and cupcakes she made!  All I did was send her a few pictures of owls we're using in the baby's room, and voila!

I had lots of help from Mattie and Zachie opening gifts.  I think we got everything we needed!  Thanks so much everyone!  And, my Mom surprised us with the exersaucer at the shower.  What a nice surprise.  A few other gifts from my parents showed up a few days later.  We are really ready for this baby now!  Chez and I are washing baby clothes as we speak.  Now we just need to get our hospital bag ready to go.  Thanks to my sisters on all the reminders of what to pack!
This weekend we have our first baby class.  It's an all-day class, so I hope we learn lots! And in a few weeks we go tour the birthing center at the hospital.
The third trimester sleepiness has hit me just recently.  I am feeling pretty good, other than feeling quite tired by the end of the day.  But, only 6 weeks left to go!

Chez got a few gifts too!
